Popular Questions

How do I add my first property?

After signing up, navigate to the Properties section and click "Add Property". Fill in the property details including address, type, and number of units. You can then add individual units and assign tenants to each unit.

How does M-Pesa payment integration work?

RentYangu integrates with M-Pesa to allow tenants to pay rent directly through the platform. Once set up, tenants receive payment requests and can complete transactions using their M-Pesa account. Payments are automatically recorded in your dashboard.

Can I manage multiple properties?

Yes! RentYangu supports unlimited properties on the Pro plan. You can organize properties by location, type, or any custom grouping. Each property can have multiple units, and you can track everything from a single dashboard.

What happens if a tenant doesn't pay on time?

RentYangu automatically tracks payment due dates and sends reminders to tenants. You'll receive notifications about overdue payments, and you can generate reports to track payment history and outstanding balances.
